The following are the laboratory synthesis steps and corresponding chemical equations for 4-aminoacetophenone:
1. Synthesis steps
Preparation of raw materials: Add aniline and ethanol to the reaction vessel and stir evenly.
Nitrification reaction: Drip concentrated nitric acid into the reactor under stirring, heat to around 80 ℃, and react for 3 hours. Then cool to room temperature and acidify with dilute hydrochloric acid to pH=5-6. Filter to obtain a yellow solid.
Hydrolysis reaction: Dissolve the yellow solid obtained above in water and add sodium hydroxide solution for hydrolysis reaction. After heating and refluxing for 2 hours, cool to room temperature and precipitate. Filter to obtain 4-nitrophenol.
Reduction reaction: Add 4-nitrophenol to the reaction vessel, add zinc powder and hydrochloric acid, heat to around 90 ℃, and react for 3 hours. Then cool to room temperature, filter to obtain product.
