Maintenance Methods for Laser Instruments in Winter
1.Applicable Instruments:
Picosecond laser, Q-switched ND yag laser, OPT, eyebrow tattoo removal machine, 808nm laser hair removal Vsilk machine, 12D 22D MAX, cryo fat freeze device.
2.Maintenance Principle:
Since there are xenon lamps or laser rods inside laser instruments, which require water for heat dissipation, the water temperature inside the instrument should not be lower than 0°C in winter. Otherwise, the water inside the instrument will freeze, causing damage to important components such as the xenon lamp, laser rod, 808 laser, and cryotherapy handle.
3.Maintenance Plan:
(1) Ensure that the room temperature remains not lower than 0°C for 24 hours.
(2) Before starting the instrument in winter, let it run for 3 minutes first, and then proceed with the operation when the instrument is running normally.
(3) In areas without heating, when the room temperature is lower than 0°C at night, it is recommended to drain the water stored in the instrument every night and refill it the next day.
Laser instruments should not be transported when the outdoor temperature is lower than 0°C in winter. If transportation is required, in addition to draining the water inside the instrument, it is necessary to contact the engineer to drain the water in the instrument's laser and internal water pipes. Otherwise, it will cause the important components such as the xenon lamp, laser rod, and 808 laser to crack due to freezing.
